Greetings,

It is a privilege and honor to be the newly elected President of CAPACRAO for this upcoming year.  I look forward to a great exciting year with past and present members from the Executive Board. 

As we work to evolve in response to the post-pandemic environment, our organization continues to partner with our members, sponsors, and colleagues virtually.  During the past couple of years, it has been great to connect with you on a virtual setting through webinars, panel discussions, and happy hours/game nights.  My aim is that we can continue to broaden and enhance our virtual events (and maybe even have one or two face-to-face) this upcoming year.

My predecessor, Johnika Dreher, did an amazing job and I hope that I am able to fill some of her big shoes with more amazing ideas and transformations as we continue to expand CAPACRAO.

This year was our first annual conference post the pandemic and although, it was virtual, it was still a great success.  I am excited for future conferences while continuing to build relationships with other colleagues all over the states of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
